Sales to outside the EU are final and we do not operate a returns policy to non EU countries as yet.
Refunds will only be given if the garment supplied has a defect.
Minor inconsistencies in the garment and variations in colour/size do not constitute grounds for a refund.
The cost of returning a garment is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange of goods is at the discretion of P21 Ltd.
You will receive e-mail notification of your payment as an invoice.
You will also be sent an e-mail to notify you of the dispatch of your goods.
