2. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We would like to ensure that your time spent shopping on the site be as simple and secure as possible. If you are a first time user, then follow the steps below. 1. Choose the design you wish to view on the design page.
2. View the different garment types for each design and choose you garment colour.
3. Click on the 'Buy this product' button at the bottom of the page to choose your size and quantity.
4. Fill in the fields to your satisfaction.
5. Click on the add to cart button.
6. Choose whether to checkout or to continue shopping. Add other items if you want.
7. At checkout, ether log in or register. Fill in the required fields delivery address etc.
8. Choose the country where you live so that we can calculate your shipping price.
9. Click on the 'proceed to netbanx secure server' button and fill in your credit card details.
10. Click the submit button. Card Payments
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via NETBANX and PAYPAL. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Terratag have cleared in full. Your card payment will then be processed by the Netbanx secure server or by PayPal and then sent to us for the order to be fulfilled. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the transaction and you will also be sent an e-mail invoice/confirmation from us telling you your order number and the despatch date. Keep this e-mail for future reference, in the unlikely event of a complaint, you will need the order number that we provide you with. The page that you fill in your credit card details is housed at Netbanx's security server and so none of your card details will be kept here at Terratag. Your contact details will only be used for administration and updating purposes. If you choose to take up Terratag membership then you will be entitled to future discounts and we will keep you updated on any changes to the product list or Terratag news that may occur. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from the list then simply reply to one of our updates with 'unsubscribe' in the e-mail.
